Trips & Visits

Throughout the school year a number of regular trips are organised to places of interest in and around Cambridge. The following are some of the activities that you can expect:
Grafham Water (Y6)
Towards the end of year 6, the whole class go on a residential trip to an activity centre at Grafham Water.
Ely Cathedral (Y6)
During the autumn term, year 6 go on a day trip to Ely Cathedral.
Burwell House (Y5)
Towards the end of year 5, the whole class go to Burwell House on a residential trip.
Sawston Village College
Year 5 visit Sawston Village College our secondary feeder school as a taster and year 6 also visit during the summer Term.
The following trips also tend to feature at some point in the life of the school:
Cambridge University Botanic Gardens (usually KS1)
The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey (usually KS1)
Shelford Twinning Association
Many of the Children attending the school take the opportunity to visit France with the Shelford Twinning Association.
